I ordered this at my mother's request and am sharing her experience. After completing the course, her blood pressure normalized, and she was less affected by weather changes. Excellent! I'm over 55. I took two packs (90 capsules each) of L-Carnosine, 500 mg. During this time, I managed to halve my antihypertensive dosage, improved my mental performance, enhanced my sleep, and eliminated fatigue. I will certainly continue taking it.

Children with ASD: sleep and speech. I came across a study indicating that this drug aids in sleep disturbances and encourages the development of speech in children with autism. After several courses, I noticed positive changes: sleep issues have vanished. Parents of early risers will appreciate this. The speech development has also progressed. I've shared my experience with mothers of children who tested it, and they all reported improvements. I began with half a capsule, which can be dissolved in water for those unable to swallow capsules. Monitor for hyperactivity and adjust the dosage gradually, especially for ages 4-5. We started at age 8 with a full capsule.
